To schedule an appointment:

  1. Log onto and select the "Visits" button on the top of the screen.
  2. Click on the "Schedule an Appointment" button on the top right of the screen. 
  3. Under the "Tell us why you are coming in" section, select "All Student Health Visits". 
  4. A new section will appear at the bottom of your screen titled "What do you need to be seen for?". Please select the appropriate reason and click "Continue". 
  5. Depending on your appointment reason, you may be asked to specify whether you would like to be seen via an in-person visit or a telehealth visit. Please select your preferred choice and click "Continue".
  6. Select the provider you would like to schedule your appointment with. If you do not have a preference, please select "Any provider". 
  7. A list of available appointment days and time will appear. Please click on the date and time that works best for you. 
  8. If you would like to add any additional details regarding your reason for the visit, please enter it under the "What is the most important thing you want addressed during this visit" section. 
  9. Click "Schedule" to finalize your appointment. 



Please note that telehealth appointments are only available to those currently in Florida. If you are not in Florida and have the University-sponsored insurance, you still have access to telehealth via the United Healthcare network. You can find more information for virtual visits here and sign-up information here. If you do not have the University-sponsored insurance, you likely have access to telehealth through your private/alternate insurance. Please contact your insurance company directly for further information. Otherwise, seek care from available local providers. For those outside of Florida, we can still provide assistance over the phone (305-284-9100). 


Appointments can be canceled and/or rescheduled at by clicking the "Cancel" button under the "Visits" section.
